The path to the top of the spring crosses the stream at a low point. The stream was only a foot deep at it's deepest point.
Dunning Spring

Dunning Spring is not far from West Union, Iowa. Hidden in a small valley an underground spring pours forth for this scenic waterfall. The steep sides of the valley only allow mostly overhead light onto the water.
Path to the Top

This path led to the top of the top of the waterfall, where the spring exits through a crack in the hillside.
